Here at South West Repairs, we have a small outbound call centre which is provided with only TPS screened, Opt In and GDPR checked data by regulated data providers. If you do not want to be called by ourselves, please call us on 0800 689 3056 and we will suppress your details immediately. All data purchased has a retention period whereby the data is removed from our systems once use has been completed. We do not store any customer information if it is not necessary to do so and at no point will we ever pass any data/information to a third party provider unless it involves the fulfilment of the services contracted between South West Repairs and yourself
Can i claim once the plan is set up?
To prevent fraudulent claims, we charge a £100 excess if a claim is made within the first 21 days of the cover start date. If you do have a problem with your appliance after the 21 days, their will be no extra charges incurred and your monthly, quarterly or annual plan will always stay the same price
What payment methods do you accept?
All monthly and quarterly payments are done via Direct Debit instruction. If you choose to opt in for an annual payment, this will be taken via card payment using any of the below cards. We abide by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which means we do not store any banking information, all banking details are placed straight into our third party processing systems which are automatically encrypted for your security.
